1. Whip the eggs with the water and baking powder.
2. Melt the butter in an omelet pan.
3. Add the egg mixture to a hot pan.
4. Use spatula to lift eggs as they cook.
5. Evenly spread the Brie over the eggs.
6. Add the toasted almonds when the cheese melts.
7. Flip them and serve with a wedge of ripe tomato and some bacon.
