Omelet Making Tip
Eliminating Cholesterol

Cholesterol found in eggs resides within the yolk. Using egg substitutes is one way to avoid the cholesterol found in eggs, eliminating some of the egg yolks called for is another, or simply not using the yolks and using only egg whites is a popular choice.

Omelet Making Tip
Non-Stick Cookware

A good 8-inch or 10-inch shiny bottomed, non-stick pan is perfect for creating omelets. The interior surface will allow the eggs to set, the eggs to easily be lifted and the eggs to easily be folded over.
