Omelet Making Tip
Red, Yellow, and White Onion

The pungent and strong flavored red, yellow, and white onions should be very firm with dry, papery skin. There should be no visible sprouting or shoots coming out the top, this is a definite indication of an aging onion. Store these onions in a paper bag in a cool, dry location. Store onions away from other fruits and vegetables.
